Our Christian counseling approach is compassionate, client-centered, and Biblically grounded. Sessions are tailored to each client and may include evidence-informed strategies, emotional regulation skills, and temperament counseling.
As a trained temperament counselor and member of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA), we help clients understand their God-given temperament, emotional needs, strengths, and stress patterns. This insight allows counseling to be practical, personalized, and deeply effective. The goal is not just symptom relief, but lasting growth, healing, and freedom aligned with Biblical truth.
